Corncrakes. Smell thousands of Gannets,
watch soaring White-tailed or Golden
Eagles, Puffins outside their burrows,
quartering Short-eared Owls and spinning
Red-necked Phalaropes. Diving Minke
Whales or a school of Porpoises. Enjoy
colourful orchid-covered machair, dancingDark-green
or Small Pearl-bordered Fritillaries.
Roaming Red Deer and hush…an Otter
fishing just offshore. Let’s quietly

THE ITINERARY?
Along the Great Glen, crossing over
to explore Mull, cruising through Staffa
& the Treshnish Isles. Sailing to
the Outer Hebrides past Canna, Muck,
Eigg & Rhum to
explore the Uists & Benbecula, with
boat excursion to Barra via Eriskay.
Returning through Skye to Inverness
where our Tour began. |
THE ACCOMMODATION...
Firstly based on Mull at the Druimnacroish
Hotel, a converted 19th century farmhouse
& watermill beautifully situated
overlooking Glen Bellart and specialising
in quality local produce.
The Orasay Inn, overlooking Loch
Carnan on South Uist serves as our
base for exploring the Outer Hebrides
– offering probably the finest
food in the Western
Isles!
